Brand: JYUYONDAI (meaning of 14th successor)

Category: Junmai-Daikoshu
Alcohol % : 15.8%, +5 (Sweet 15  +15 Dry)
Taste & Flavor: This Sake was invented by 14th successor and
named for "Jyuyondai". The sake has been wining
gold award for four year in a row and ranked best
ten always. Very limited and market value is over
$200 and, furthermore, hard to get it in Japan.

Established in 1865, surrounded with
Japanese North Alpine mountains
which creates pure fine water which
is essential to make good quality of
sake. Since 1962, 14 times gold
award winner of Sake contests.

Taste & Flavor: Sweet, dry and mild mediate. Awarded many gold

Taste & Flavor: Fine, mild, excellent fragrance, sharp and deap
taste. Brewed with "Dewa-Sansan" rice and water
from 500 feet deep creates rich of mineral (brought
sharpness of taste). The color is not transparent
like water but gold color of sake.

Taste & Flavor: Mild flavor with balance of fruity, sweet and sour
create. This sake was created by targeting on
young generation favor of mild sweetness.
Excellent harmony of sake. Implying new
technology into traditional way of brewing.

Taste & Flovor: The essential ingredients to create vintage sake
are quality rice and fine natural spring water. Made
with well-selected fine rice. Traditional men's sake.
Drink as is.

Established in 1866. This brewer is
well-known as a winery and merged a
sake brewer "Okimasamune" in 1986.

Category: Shochu (Sprits of Rice Wine)
Alcohol % : 24%
Taste & Flovor: This sake made out of pure rice which makes mild
and fruity taste. Very healthy for body normally drink
with adding water (hot or cold), lemon or other fruit
juices, oolong tea, vegetable juices and others.
